The formulation of industrial ice cream requires dairy ingredients that provide body, creaminess, and stability without altering the sensory profile. In this article, we compare different milk protein concentrates (MPC) available in our portfolio, evaluating their impact on overrun, melt resistance, and final texture. Data from tests performed on cream and fruit-based ice creams are presented, along with usage recommendations for high-production plants.
Read articleThe general conditions detailed below form part of each purchase order and supply agreement. Their purpose is to avoid divergent interpretations between the parties regarding the quality, volume, and delivery conditions of industrial dairy products.
All batches of milk powder, whey, and derivatives are delivered in accordance with the technical data sheet in effect at the time of the order. Microbiological and physicochemical parameters are considered binding only if they appear on the certificate of analysis accompanying each delivery note.
A maximum variation of 2% in the declared net weight per tanker or big bag is allowed, in accordance with IRAM standards applicable to bulk dairy products. Any difference outside this range will be adjusted in the following month's invoicing.
Unloading coordination at the customer's plant must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. The carrier must present valid health documentation and proof of cleaning of the transport equipment. Remarkablemilkcompany is not responsible for delays attributable to the lack of these requirements.
Quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from their issuance. After this period, values are adjusted according to the dairy industry price index published by the Ministry of Agriculture. Payment terms are counted from the invoice date, not from the receipt of goods.
